Public folder replication between ex 2007 and 2010
I'm trying to migrate our public folders from 2007 to 2010. When I try to update the hirearchy I can see the 0x20 status messages outgoing to the 2010 server, but I see nothing incoming on the 2010 server. I checked the routing log on the 2007 server and
see this error message when it tries to send outgoing indicating it fails:
550 5.2.0 RESOLVER.ADR.BadPrimary; recipient primary SMTP address is missing or invalid
So I checked the 2010 public folder settings in adsiedit and see that both mail and proxyaddress are both blank. Anyone have an idea how to fix it?

You can create SMTP address thru ADSI but not sure what is standard for this SMTP name space, Please look below thread for Public Folder Troubleshooting.

What's the SMTP address that's used to send those messages? Put that
into those two properties.
