Publish Resource Calendar Free Busy over default in E2007
Hi Folks,
Has anybody solved the problem when users are asking the Free Busy information more than default two months?
I know it is normal that on the Outlook you can define how long time your client publishing Free Busy, but when you have hundreds resource mailboxes, you don't want to go each of them and set it manually.
And I'm speak of the Exchange 2007 resource mailboxes.

Hi,
To change the length of time that Free/Busy information is displayed for a mailbox
Open Registry Editor.
Expand the following subkey:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft
Right-click Microsoft, point to New, and then click
Key.
Type Excdo, and then press ENTER to name the new key.
Right-click Excdo, point to New, and then click
Key.
Type Parameters, and then press ENTER to name the new subkey.
Right-click Parameters, point to New, and then click
DWORD Value.
Type FBPublishMonth, and then press ENTER to name the new value.
Right-click FBPublishMonth, and then click Modify.
In the Value data box, type the number of months that you want to publish Free/Busy information. For example, if you want to publish Free/Busy data for four months, type
4 in the Value data box.
Exit Registry Editor.
Restart the Internet Information Services (IIS) Admin service and the Microsoft Exchange System Attendant service. To do this, open a command prompt, and then type the following commands. Press ENTER after each command.
iisreset
Restart-Service MSExchangeSA

No, my Google couldn't found this for me :D
Many thanks from this link!
Do you know how much that increase the size of the FreeBusy folder?
And is this then for all mailboxes, or only for the resource mailboxes?
If I set time for six months ahead, but our users has set on the client site eight months, which one is stronger (if this affect to all mailboxes)?

Did you ever receive an answer as to the effect on Free Busy Folder size?
What are the drawbacks to incresing this limit?
