I have a client that is having issues with Publisher 2013. Whenever they run the program, it changes the graphical display to 8-bit - which is weird, but not the worst issue. Once in the program, if they attempt to save, a warning appears stating that there is not enough memory to save, please try closing any open programs, even if Publisher is the only program running. I attempted to uninstall/reinstall and repair Publisher, I update the video driver, and upped the RAM to 4GB from 2, but nothing has made a difference. If anyone has encountered this and has an answer, I would be eternally grateful.

Hi
For your first issue, we recommend you disable add-ins to see if it helps: File>Option>Trust Center>Trust Center settings>Add-ins>Disable all application add-ins
For the saving error, did the issue still occur when you copy the file to another computer and save?
If it persists, save the file right after reboot.
We can also take out the document in half and save it as two files (Part 1 and Part 2) to check the issue.
