The program is crashing when I try to send my document to Xerox printer in color.

Regarding of the issue, please provide us more information to assist you better.

• Which version of Office do you use?
• Have you upgrade to Windows 10?
• Was this issue occurred with other Office suits? Such as, print with Word?
• Could you print the PDF via Xerox printer?

Then, this issue usually caused by some factors:

1) Print Driver. Please try this method:

• Remove all printers drivers through the print manager
• Manually add a printer and specify the location of the drivers

2) Disable all the add-ins.

If this issue still exists, please send us the event log via Email (ibsofc@microsoft.com)to do further troubleshooting.
