Purge Email After A Specific Time
I am looking for a way to purge anyones email that is older than 90 days. I am running Exchange 2003. Any help would be much appreciated! Leslie

Create a new recipient policy in exchange system manager. In exchange system manager expand recipient policies> Right click new Recipient Policy > Select Mailbox Manager Settings > Specify a name, and then click the mailbox manager settings policy. > Drop down When Processing a mailbox Delete Immediately > Change folder rules to 90 Day's, and uncheck Size......

Don't forget to enable the time for mailbox manager to run on the actual mailbox server's properties.

Thanks for the warning. I see the option to Start Mailbox Management Process, but i don't see where to set the start time or frequency. Can you please help again? Thanks!
