Hi,Which version of Exchange do you use?Basically save all contacts in a mailbox then export Contact folder to PST as a standard template for your contacts and then use Exmerge (if Exchange 2003) or Import-Mailbox (if Exchange 2007) to import data from this pst file, which has standard contacts, to mailbox of multiple users.Exmerge:http://support.microsoft.com/kb/265441Import-Mailbox:http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb691363.aspxAmit Tank | MVP - Exchange | MCITP:EMA MCSA:M | http://ExchangeShare.WordPress.com
