First on all thank you about your investment and a waste of time :)
i need small help from  you ,
i am looking for query or powershell command that can query outlook and get information the related to specific folder that call "Outbox", i just need to know the count the existing items in outbox ,i tried to find parameter or something like that ( Without success :( ) 
somebody can help me ?

If you are using an Exchange account, you can try using the following command:

getmailboxdatabase DB1 | get-mailbox | Get-MailboxFolderStatistics -FolderScope Outbox
