So I may be missing something obvious. I want rooms to accept appointments even if they occur in the past. I could have swore a few months ago I saw this option when I logged into OWA and used the resource options, I suppose I am mistaken. So is there a way to allow this? I tried setting the RemoveOldMeetingMessages to false but this wasnt the fix sadly... Any ideas?? I assume this isnt to wild of a request so it has to be in there, right? Thanks for any help!

Hi, Please let me know why you need to achieve this feature. By default, Exchange didn't support this feature. Thus, you can let me know the reason, maybe we can get another workaround on this issue. Thanks Allen
