Any idea what does this error indicates? Check info: 1. Can the F/B data on site A been seen from the mailbox on site C? 2. Can the F/B data on site C been seen from the mailbox on site B? 3. What’s the version of outlook? 4. Quote: “The server siteCmbx2.mydomain.com was not found in the topology” Does the F/B data of mailboxes on siteCmbx2 inaccessible for all users in site A 5. Does the issue also happen via OWA as same as in outlook? Troubleshooting: 1. Please ping the IP address and FQDN of siteCmbx2 from MAILSITEACAS1 2. Please use “DCDIAG /v” and “NETDIAG /v” to do the general test from siteCmbx2 3. Please run ExBPA against the siteCmbx2 for health check
