These issues may occur if one or more of the following conditions are true: Inheritable permissions have been removed from either the Exchange 2003 or Exchange 2000 server object or from the Exchange 2003 or Exchange 2000 mailbox store object. The Exchange Servers group does not have appropriate permissions on the Exchange 2003 or Exchange 2000 server object or on the Exchange 2003 or Exchange 2000 mailbox store object. The Folder Hierarchies container is missing under the administrative group in Exchange 2007. In this scenario, the HomeMDB value is missing for public folders. The Exchange Servers group is missing permissions on the Exchange server object in Active Directory. Specifically, the explicit Allow permission has been removed from or the Deny permission is inherited for the following rights on the Exchange server object: Store Constrained Delegation Store Read and Write Access Store Read only Access Store Transport Access On the server that hosts the mailbox of the sender, the following event is recorded in the Application log in Event Viewer: Event ID : 1009 Category : MSExchangeMail SubmissionSource : MSExchangeMailSubmission Type : Warning Machine : Server_Name Message : The Microsoft Exchange Mail Submission service is currently unable to contact any Hub Transport servers in the local Active Directory site. The servers may be too busy to accept new connections at this time. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc411329.aspxsyed.arsalan

Hi,First please use Queue Viewer to verify if any the email hang in the queue and then post the result here. The decision to put a message in the Unreachable queue is made during the routing phase of categorization. If a routing path cannot be calculated for a message during the routing phase, the message is sent to the Unreachable queue. Please try the steps below to solve the problem. 1. Please check if Inheritable Permissions have been removed from either the Exchange Server object or from the Mailbox Store. a. In Exchange System Manager, go to the properties of the server object, open the Security settings and enable the "Allow inheritable permissions..." checkbox if it is unchecked. b. In Exchange System Manager, go to the properties of the mailbox store object, open the Security settings and enable the "Allow inheritable permissions..." checkbox if it is unchecked. Note: you may need to restart the Microsoft Exchange Transport service on the E2k7 server so the routing tables are updated quicker.2. If you have Exchange 2003,then please check if you have correctly created the Routing Group Connector between Exchange 2003 RG and Exchange 2007 RG. Verify the RGC connector was created correctly in both directions. Please try to delete and Recreate a NEW RGC or fix the current RGC between Exchange 2007 RG and Exchange 2003 RG Besides, please carefully go through the article below to narrow down the root cause of the issue.
