We have an Exchange 2013 server located in The Netherlands so regional settings are set to Amsterdam etc..

Users have all a mailbox with the default language set to EN-US and for most server messages that is just fine.

Quota messages are send in Dutch, for most of our users that is a language they do not understand.
We have updated to the latest patchlevel so the SP1, where this issue is described and solved, is installed. But still we have those quota messages in Dutch, how do you change that?
Preferably the language of the client/mailbox is used.

Any ideas?

I find the following KB about the incorrect language for Mailbox quota warning message:

It indicates the issue would be resolved in Exchange 2013 SP1. In your scenario, the issue persists in SP1. Please open the Administrator's OWA and set the Language for the administrator who is managing the EAC for Exchange 2013 to English.

If the Language for Administrator is configured correctly, please upgrade the Exchange server 2013 to latest version (CU9) to have a try.
