R2 update on SP1 with front/back topology
first try didn't work, any ides what config issues to look for?

Hi,
We need more information about your issue.
What is the version of your Exchange Server,Exchange 2003? Exchange 2007?
What is your problem,cannot install update?
What is the update?
What is the detail error information?
You can check application log to see whether any related error event logged there.
Note:Run "eventvwr" from a command prompt to open event viewer.
