I am running Server 2012 R2 and Exchange 2013.  OWA works inside and outside.  OA is not working when I run the outlook connectivity test it fails with RPC Proxy can't be pinged. 401 UnAuthorized.  If I perform a RPCPing on the server I get the same message.

Please run the following command to check the outlookanywhere setting:

Get-OutlookAnywhere | fl Identity,*host*,*auth*

Please make sure your authentication setting is negotiate.

In addiction,please run the following cmdlet in the Exchange Management Shell to check the certificate status:

Get-ExchangeCertificate | FL
