Hi Jeevan,It is looking WAN issue between outlook client and exchage server location. On a fast network, connect using HTTP first, then connect using TCP/IP To change the default behavior for fast networks, select this check box. On a slow network, connect using HTTP first, then connect using TCP/IP To change the default behavior for slow networks, clear this check box. What is status when same users access their mails through OWA and also with outlook locally. I will suggest you to check below points also to recheck if something missed in connection configuration. Verify the RPC proxy server certificate and the authentication methods. Verify that you have a successful connection to the RPC proxy server by using a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connection. Verify the Outlook 2003 client configuration.
