Hi all,
We have outlook 2010 in organization (Exchange 2010)
A lot of users complains that the "send receive" progress is take too long.
After investigation we found the problem caused by the RSS default setting, which try to download a lot of info from internet.
We decide to apply Group Policy which prevent the RSS feed setting, in test environment.
The GPO setting:
User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Microsoft Outlook 2010 > Account Setting > RSS Feeds
Automatically download enclosures = disabled
Default RSS Feeds = disabled
Do not roam user's RSS Feeds = disable
Download full text of articles as HTML attachments = Not configured
Override published sync interval = enabled
Run rules on RSS items = Not configured
Synchronize Outlook RSS Feeds with common Feeds list = disabled
Turn off RSS fearure = enable
###########
The npredictable problem:
Users cannot move items from inbox (not only) to existing / new PST files. they receive the following message:
"Cannot move items. The item cannot be moved. It was either already moved or deleted, or access was denied."
Any idea ?
Thanks.
