For the love of god, can someone please point me in the right direction!? I am looking for rack diagram templates for Visio 2013. 

I called Microsoft and they tried to charge me $500 to even ask a question!? 

Any help will me greatly appreciated!

As far as I know, the Rack Diagram is a build-in template of Visio 2013 pro, not standard version. If you are using standard version, please try this link:
