Randomly Colapsing Shared Mailbox in MS Outlook 2013

Hello,

Problem: We have a shared mailbox, shared among 9 users. This mailbox gets hundreds of emails a day and all 9 users make changes constant changes to this mailbox. The problem we are having is this mailbox will randomly collapse during use. When this happens, the user is kicked to their inbox and any email they were creating gets saved as a draft. It does not happen at the same time for all users, the mailbox does not unmap, the users still have full access, the mail box continues to work normally until the next random collapse.

Work Done: We have ran a repair on the a couple of the MS Outlook clients. We toggled cached mode for the mailbox and the user mail account. We migrated the mailbox from its current database to another, and saw no errors or corrupted items.

Please help us resolve this problem.

Hi Morton,

According to your description, I understand that Outlook client with a shared mailbox always crashed.
If I misunderstand your concern, please do not hesitate to let me know.

Is it works before?  Please ensure whether it works in OWA.
If this issue only appear on Outlook client, please try to search application event log which is related to Outlook.

Besides, please try to run Outlook client with online mode for testing to narrow down the issue.
