Hi! Is there any way to give a user read only access to other users mailbox not full access, but just read only. I tried give permission with powershell command: Add-MailboxPermission -Identity "User1" -User user 2 -Accessright ReadPermission But user 2 can't open user 1 mailbox. thx

That might be quite complicated for end user to manage Read-only mailboxes with OWA since it just shows mail item part of OWA insteadof full OWA interface (refer the same article on how to open Inbox in OWA)...
