Read only access to mailbox
We are running Exchange 2007 SP3 and Outlook 2007 SP2.
We have some shared mailboxes that we would like some users to have 'read only' access to.
Is this possible?

Only by managing the folder permissions within the mailbox. If they
have "Full Mailbox Access" they own the mailbox when it comes to
access.

Hi,
According to your requirement, you can give every folder reviewer permission. Except it, there is no way to give just read-only access
on a mailbox in Exchange natively. But you can use PFDAVAdmin tool to achieve it, which you can refer to the link:

Hope it helps.
