Hi,
This issue usually caused by the permission of user account. Please try the following methods and check if they are helpful:
1) Assign admin rights to the current user (open Netplwiz > select user with problem > properties > Choose Administrator). Then signout & signin back to the account.
2) Grant you full access to folder.(Right-click the folder - Properties.=>Security tab - Advanced.=> Click Change to the right of Owner.=> Enter Users into box and click OK.=> Enable the checkbox Replace owner on subcontainers and objects then
click Apply.)
