    I would like to check with you, my customer use Exchange 2013 and Outlook 2010. They need to recall read email.

    Base on my tested, I can recall only unread email. If read email  when I recall it will show recall failure. Do you have another way to recall read email?

I don't think you can recall a read message.

A curious question, why do you want to do it, as the message has already been read?
