Hello everyone, I have a Windows 2011 SBS server with Exchange 2010 installed. Users are complaining that they can not receive mail with large attachments (> 18 MB). I tried to check the quotes, but they were disabled. Then in Exchange Management Shell I tried to set the size as follows: set-ReceiveConnector "Connector Name"-MaxMessageSize 30MB But nothing has changed. Do you have suggestions about how to solve my problem? Thank you all.

Thank you for your interest. Sorry if I do not understand everything, but I do not speak English well. The configuration settings of transport imposes limits to 100,240 KB. Is that what you mean?

1. Is this users cant receive email from internal>internal or from external>internal. 2. See http://exchangepedia.com/2007/09/exchange-server-2007-setting-message-size-limits.html 3. Check your Global settings send size and set appropiately. 4. Check message size restrictions on each mailbox of the problem user and see if any restrictions are set there.Sukh

Thenk you Sukh, I have modified the setting in Server Configuration->Transport Hub in the box of receive connector with a new dimension (30720 KB). Now seems to work fine. Thank you all.
