This doesn't say much, it's basically saying it can't interpret the event collection because possibly some bin files are missing. So we don't know whats generating the fault. What is the issue you're seeing? You can't connect to exchange at all or sometimes? Did you reboot? All services are started? Go ahead and start with installing RU3. Also run exbpa and post the diagnostics.James Chong MCITP | EA | EMA; MCSE | M+, S+ Security+, Project+, ITIL msexchangetips.blogspot.com

The problem is that all users are connected to the exchange server but couldn't send or received any email from/to any internal and external domains. Usually users are connected to the main site but what I saw that all database were mounted on another site DAG server, so I moved all databases to main site DAG server and the problem was solved but didn't find any clew on that issue. Can you please suggest me how I can find this issue why this happened and what is the possibility to fix this issue to avoid downtime in future?-- Regards Ahsan Kamal | MCITP

It appears the issue is because that Exchange server did not update.
