Hello,

We are an Office 365 shop running Outlook 2013 on Windows 7.  I requested that one of my subordinates share her calendar with me, but by mistake instead of sharing her calendar she accidentally shared my own calendar with me.  As a result, I'm now receiving duplicate reminders for each appointment on my calendar.

How can I fix this?

You should try this to overcome with this issue:

Press Windows Key + R to open run dialog box >> Type outlook<space>cleanreminders >> Click on Ok.

If you tried above solution and still getting the same problem, then you should move on any third party utility. I would like to suggest you an Outlook Duplicate Remover Software on the behalf of my personal experience to delete Outlook Duplicates.

Do you have your own calendar opened as a shared calendar in your Outlook? If so, please try remove the calendar and then right-click your default calendar, select Properties > Permissions tab. Check if your own name is listed in the Name list. If so, highlight it and click Remove button.
