Recepient gets double mail
I have a question. We have a fresh installed Exchange 2003 running on at Windows 2003 SP1 server. When one user is sending mail to a certain recepient outside the organisation he always gets the mail double (twice). The same user can send mail to all other recepient without problem. So the problem is only on one single person. Have you any ideas how to troubleshoot this. The reciepent tells me that they also run Exchange server and they do not have problem getting mail twice from any other sender..... Regards Lars Sweden

It seems a problem with "Rules" created by user in Microsoft Outlook . Change the rules and the problem will be solved.
