Hi guys Exchange 2003 question. Version: 6.5.7638.1 I wish to restrict the number of emails sent by std users so I have preformed the followig actions. Gone into Global Settings on Exchange Server, Message Delivery Properties,Defaults Tab, Recipient Limit and set the max of 100. Great !!! However I have seta special user Reciepient Limit to 6000 so why can't this user send to6000 users. "as a user settings made on an individual mailboxes overrides that of the global." TIA Paul
