Recipient receives a blank email but in the sender's sent mail it is not. (Outlook / Exchange)
Something weird just happened here at work. One recipient (internal) received a blank email from a sender across the hall. She asked him what this was about. The problem is he had sent her a full reply (along with other external recipients). In his (sender's) "Sent Items" folder the email is about 2 pages long. When he sent it to me (test) it was blank on mine as well. I had him cut and paste the text into a new email and it went through fine. The only reason I ask is this guy (management) is pretty shaken that he has sent a lot of blank emails but I can't prove that he did or didn't. Misc Details: Outlook 2007 Exchange System - Microsoft Corporation - Version: 6.5.7638.1 It contained foreign text. I changed the encoding (no luck) Thanks, Keegan

You could start by looking at message tracking to see if there are multiple messages being sent. -- Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems." . Hi, Did you check the email on the recipient side by using OWA? Whether this issue can be reproduced? Are others user experiening the same issue? Is there any third party security software running on the Exchange server? If it is, please try to disable it and check this issue. Thanks Allen
