AFAIK the deleted calendar appointment is put into the Recycle Bin of the user who deleted it. In other words, log into the users account who deleted the items and then check the deleted items. As long as you have deleted item retention turned on. Thanks for the replies. Our problem is that in some cases a user is missing an appointment and we don't know who deleted it. It would have been nice if any user with the correct permissions could restore deleted items. From what I know I agree with what Jesper wrote about any deleted appointments is put in the recycle bin of the user who deleted it, I was just hoping for a way around it :-)/Lasse
