Recurrence conflicts - which takes precedence?
Which setting takes precedence: Allow up to this number on individual conflicts or Allow up to this percentage of individual conflictsFor example, our settings are "3" for number of and "25%" for percentage of. If a recurrence has 11 instances with 3 conflicts, is the recurrence accepted or rejected? It would pass the "number of" test but not the "percentage of" test.Or is this an "And" situation? It must have 3 or fewer conflicts AND 25% or less conflicts to be accepted? I've looked lots of places for a clear answer but haven't been able to find it. Lots of descriptions of each setting but not how they work together. TIA.

Hi, Base on my research, we find that the Conflict Percentage is checked first, if it passes the percentage test, then it checks MaximumConflictInstances number. If you dont want to use the percentage ever, set it to 99, so youll be completely dependent on MaximumConflictInstances to decline the Meeting. For your question, if you have 3 conflicts, then the percentage is 3/11(27%),it is higher than 25%,so it will be rejected.
