I run a mixed Exchange 2003 and Lotus Domino 7 environment. When one of our 3 exchange users(the CEO and VP of people) sends a recurring meeting invite to a Lotus user the time jumps forward an hour. Single-occurance meetings show up fine. When a Lotus user sends a recurring meeting invite to an exchange user the time jumps back an hour. All the client machines(XP with outlook 2003) and servers(server 2003 standard & AS400 Domino) have been fully patched. The time zone settings all match up between the servers, the clients, and the calendar.Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Apparently our Exchange - Lotus connector was not fully updated. After quite a bit of digging I found an article pointing to that as a possible cause. Installed the new version last night and it looks to be happy now.
