Hi can some one help me please, one of the users in our exchange 2003 sent an email CCed to 12 people and also to Email:. People on the cc list have been getting thousands of copies of the same email. Also to make matters worse some people have replied to everyone on the CC list including Email: saying thats enough and now the reply emails are coming and going in the thousands to everyone on the list. Ive checked the headers and 3 other email servers are now sending these emails. With the other server I notice the email address Email: has changed to Email:@ns-mr11.netsolmail.com and some its still Email: But the emails keep trying to be delivered and now by the other email servers also. I have looked in the exchange queues and there are no email waiting to send! I disable the outbound mail and they still keep coming! I configured Sender Filtering to block the email address of the people who replied to the email and thats stop us getting them. But other with hotmail and exchange are still getting them even from us! I dont see why this should happen! Thank in advance for the help Damien
