Hello all,

We have a user that edited a recurring meeting.  She "opened the series" and edited the body of the meeting.

When she goes to a future meeting and clicks "Open this occurrence", the changes are not there.  If she clicks "Open this series" the changes are there.

I wasn't sure how this was supposed to work, so I tested with my own recurring meeting.  Opened the series, made changes.  When I opened the occurrence of a future meeting... the changes were there.

Why didn't her changes save in the future occurrences?

Let the user try the same action on OWA, the same issue persists?

Please let her switch to Online Mode, then change the recurring meeting, issue persists?

Does the user only have this issue on this particular recurring meeting? How about other recurring meetings?

Try to test the result after repairing Outlook Data File(.ost):
