Recurring meetings not disappearing from Room Mailboxes when cancelled
Exchange 2007 SP2 RU5, Outlook 2007 SP2
When a user is attempting to cancel a recurring meeting, the Room mailbox is still retains the cancelled meeting in their calendar.
Is there a way to auto-accept meeting cancellations in room mailboxes so that the cancelled meetings are removed from the room mailbox calendar?
Please let me know if you need any additional information to be provided.
Thanks

Hi,
For Room mailbox, if you have enable the Autoaccept for the attribute Automateprocess, it will automatically process all meeting request including meeting cancellation. So the issue might be caused by incorrect configuration or incorrect operation.
Please run "get-calendarprocess -id <the problematic room> |FL >C:\mr.txt" to get the configuration information of the problematic room mailbox, so that we can compare (let me know if you have setup a delegate or any booking policy).
Besides, let me know how your users cancel the recurring meeting. please provide the detail steps so that I can try to reproduce the issue in my local lab.
Thanks for your time and i look forward to hearing from you.

get-calendarprocess or get-calendarprocessing does not seem to be a recognized cmdlet. I am running Exchange 2007 SP2 RU5.
When I run get-mailboxcalendarsettings for the room mailbox in question I get the following results (I have changed some items to address privacy concerns):
