Relay access denied
Dear All
I have two HT servers 2007 ent edition in my network (India). Few days back we created a smarthost (installed windows smtp server)in our different geographical location (USA) so that mail will be relayed from USA. From
India its working fine but few users are getting below mentioned error when sending email. I'm sitting in India and can send emails to those users. Can anyone help me pls.
Delivery has failed to these recipients or distribution lists:
user@domain.com
Your message wasn't delivered because of security policies. Microsoft Exchange will not try to redeliver this message for you. Please provide the following diagnostic text to your system administrator.
Diagnostic information for administrators:
Generating server: smtp.domain.com

on SMTP recieve connectors on the HT servers please add the ip address of the new SMTP smarthost in the list of allowed remote servers

great to see ur reply..but in my india exchange servers I have already created send connectors and using remote smtp host. In remote smathost I have created remote domain which are allowed to relay..

Hello Suman,
please check settings on recieve connectors. if the new smtp server's ip is added to list

Just to add Im getting bounce back from some domain with below mentioned message...
553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)Regards Suman B. Singh
