Reload account
Hi.
I´m working with Exchange Server 2010 and I constantly create accounts for new employees.
The way we work is that we create accounts in advance to save time and the result is that the new employee gets alot of emails that is not relevant to them.
I want the email-account to be empty when the new employee loggs on for the first time...
Is there a way to delay or delete incoming mail for a period of time?
Best regards

You can use retension policies and assign these to the mailbox so that all items are deleted, i.e 0 days. Maybe the night before remove this policy from those mailboxes.

You could create a a transport rule which deletes all messages sent to a distribution list (sent to a member of distribution list) and make these new starters a member of this DL, then have an action to delete the emails. Remove when
user starts and they will then receive new email. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd638183.aspx
