Can someone help me, I was trying to help a friend yesterday via remote assistance, we connected fine the first time, and after a computer restart I haven't been able to connect to her since, I just keep getting a message The person you are trying to help isn't responding, verify that the person you are trying to help is still at his or her computer. Anyone have any ideas why this would be?
