Remote Assistance very slow if Office 365 ProPlus is in foreground

Hi,

we have a problem with giving remote assistance to workstations which have Office 365 ProPlus installed. Everytime, if any Office application is in foreground, remote assistance on helper side is very very slow - on other side is everything ok. All non-Office applications are displayed on helper side in normal speed.

Windows 7 Pro fully patched, Office 15.0.4693.1001

Is there any Hotfix available?

It's a performance issue, it seems Office is taking too much system resource.

The first thing I suggest is to introduce Ways to improve your computer's performance:

Check in the Task manager the CPU and memory useage of Office.

Hi Jeff,

thanks for your answer, but it is not a "typical" performance-problem regarding the link you provided.

On the client where Office is installed, it is running fast. If remote assistance is started, Office is still running fast - only on the helper site everything is displayed with a huge delay (i.e. typing in Word). If we minimize the Office application, displaying things on the helper site has no delay.

To complete: enough memory and cpu resources available during usage of Office
