I need to setup remote administration and support for windows 2003 servers, Windows 7 and windows XP workstations.  Remote Desktop works great except that the workstations are locked after you take control.  Is there a way to make the workstation not get locked, so you can show the user on the other end and help them without taking control and lock them out?  And without having to receive an invitation for support?

Is there another Microsoft application that I can use?  to do what I needed to do.
