Remove / Hide Header Received Message sent to user outside your exchange server
How can i remove or hide my internal DNS information and IP address from Outbound e-mails. i tried to create a Hub Transport rule however that ended up blocking e-mails.if anyone knows how to reslove my issue that will be great !, thanks

Hi,I will like to share my knowledge, lets see if it helps.For sure its a DNS issue and you knows.Lets go to DNS properties and under forwarders section check if "Do not use recursion for this domain" is disabled.Under "Advanced" tab see "Disable recursion" option is disabled.Restart the DNS server and try if emails goes through at one shot.Have a good year,

Hi,If you still have any issue try the below step.In the properties for the SMTP Virtual Server, set the IP address to be an IP not the "All Unassigned" option and that may help.Have a good year,

Note that the OP is using Exchange 2007, so there will be no SMTP virtual server.
