Remove 2003 server
I'm beginning the process of removing the only Exchange 2003 that is in our 2007 Org. Public folders -- If I use the the Move all Replicas optiion on the 2003 box, will that create duplicates in the 2007 second storage group for the folders that I am already replicating to the 2007 box. Also, there is an Administrator mailbox on the 2003 box. Does in need to be moved? If so, is there in special considerations when doing so?Thanks

For replicating PF's, http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/Transitioning-Exchange-2000-2003-Exchange-Server-2007-Part3.html For the administrator mailbox I cannot recall whether it actually needs to be moved at this moment but I see no harm in doing this. The system mailbox you can leave alone.MVP Exchange Server

You need to move the Public Folder tree to the E2K7 server's AG.For that, you need to do it from ESM in E2K3 server.1. Right click the Exchange sdministrative Group.2. New->Public Folders Container.Once the container has been created called "Folders",3. Expand the E2K3 server's Administrative Group.4. Expand Folders and you will be able to find the PF trees.5. Drag and drop the PF trees into the newly created Public Folders container in the E2K7 AG.Apart from this, I would also like to suggest these awesome articles:http://support.microsoft.com/kb/822931msexchangeteam.com/archive/2007/02/09/434847.aspx- Nagesh
