Hi,
Deleted the OWA virtual folder using the below given command:
Remove-OwaVirtualDirectory -Identity "Contoso\owa (default web site)"
where contoso is the NetBIOS name of the server
Recreated the OWA virtual folder using the below given command:
New-OwaVirtualDirectory -OwaVersion Exchange2007
If the issue still persists, please try the following steps and then see if
how things go from there.
1. Deleted the /Exchange, /Public, /Exchweb and /Exadmin Virtual
Directories.
2. Went to "c:\inetpub\adminscripts" directory using command prompt and
ran:
adsutil.vbs delete DS2MB
3. Restarted the Microsoft Exchange System Attendant Service.
4. The directories were recreated
I hope these steps will give you some help.
Regards.
Shafaquat Ali.

HOWEVER I have co-existence with Exchange 2010 on another server so I see two OWA directories when i run get-OWAvirtualdirectories
Can I still run the above inetpub scripts with out messing up my exhange 2010 OWA? (exadmin etc do not exist for 2010 just owa)
Will it delete the Exadmin directory?
Can I just remove the Exadmin from IIS?
