Remove booking in user's calendar when conference room is busy
Hi! When our users book a conference room and the conference room is busy our users recieve an email saying the meeting request has been denied because the conference room is busy. But the booking reservation is still left in the user's calendar. Is it possible to configure so the booking in the user's calendar will automatically be removed if the conference room is busy. We have Exchange 2007 and Outlook 2010. With kind regards

Hi, No, that is not something that can be configured. It is up to the user to update his/her calendar. Educate your users to start using "Scheduling Assistant" when planning a meeting. It will tell the users that the resource is already booked and also help them find a room that is not.Martina Miskovic
