Removed Active Directory user and restore.
accidentally removed user from the AD I restored it with ADrestore but the disconnect mailbox is not showing up his name is there any way I can restore it manually? Its already been 3 hours and its not there yet. It is not in the regular mailbox either.

Try it against the store the mailbox is in and see what you find.

Where are you looking? After running the clean command, check the event logs on the server. It will tell you how many mailboxes were processed.

I used the powershell to clean and EMC to see if the disconnected mailbox is there but I can't find it. I've seen the links provided but I can't find it at all. I removed 3 users from the AD today and none of them showed up.

Try this and see if they show. Then reconnect with powershell from that article linked before. Get-MailboxStatistics -Server MBX1 | where { $_.DisconnectDate -ne $null } | select DisplayName,DisconnectDate
