Removing exchange from Active Directory
The problem i am having is we are trying to remove the exchange 2007 from our Active Directory but i do not know what i need to do to remove the exchange 2007 entries. What happened is we moved networks and during the network move our exchange box was destroyed.
Hence we can not uninstall exchange we can't do anything with exchange and there seems to be some kind of conflict with exchange on our active directory. We have since moved all of our emails system to office 365 so the exchange is no longer needed in our
Active Directory. But the issue we are having now is every time we are on our network either hardwired or VPN into the network it cause our outlook to constantly ask for login credentials. We were thinking that this is caused by the exchange 2007 objects that
are still in our Active Directory. As for office 365 we have not configured Single Sign on yet but is planned to be completed in the next couple of weeks. Please assist in the removal of exchange from our active directory.

A couple of things.
If the original Exchange 2007 server was not removed gracefully, then you should reinstall it with the recoverserver switch to any server or virtual guest( I am assuming the server objects are still in AD). then remove it with the setup programs:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb123496(EXCHG.80).aspx
After the server is gracefully removed, you can read this about removing the Org from AD:

Finally, check DNS (internal and external DNS) and ensure that you dont have any autodiscover or other entries ( OWA etc..) that still point to on-premises Exchange Servers.

Is there any way to remove it from teh AD without reinstall teh exchange as i don't have the resources required to reinstall the exchange server again. This is the reason why i want to remove it from the AD.

You could remove the objects via adsiedit if required. Its not supported to do this however, but since you are not using Exchange in-house, its rather moot.

What do you mean by "its rather moot"?
So if i decided to do it via adsiedit which entried do i remove or do i just remove anything that has the words "Exchange" in it?

Its moot because you arent using Exchange inhouse. - therefore it doest really matter that its not supported to remove via adsiedit. If you were using Exchange on premises then I would highly recommend that you reinstall.
Note that you can remove the entire org via adsiedit if you want. See that previous KB. For now, you can simply delete the server object if you want. Its under the Configuration Container.
