This used to be easy in previous versions of Exchange. I have a user with a mailbox. There has been a request to remove the mailbox and just have an external address. For the life of me, I can't see a way to do it!SnoBoy

In powershell just run these commands to remove the mailbox and make this account a mail user which them an external address.
