If a create an inatnt search e.g.

category:="Carol" followupflag:followup flag

On a shared exchange inbox it gives me what i need . 

But I want to replicate  this in a custom search folder so I do not have to re-enter it each time I move out of the shared inbox. And can get what I want for me under the search folder criateria >more choices tab>

Categories :Trevor

Only items which: are flagged by me

But can't re-create this for somone else (team member with access to inbox)

ANy ideas?

Hi,

We have tried to create a search folder criteria according to your request and we have made it.

Check if it works for you:

1. Under the Folder tab, click New Search Folder.

2. From the Select a Search Folder list, click Create a custom Search Folder.

3. Under Customize Search Folder, click Choose.

4. Type a name for your custom Search Folder.

5. Click Criteria.

• On the More Choices tab, check Only items which and choose are flagged by me.                 
• On the Advanced tab, click Field, then choose categories from frequently-used fields.

6. Click OK.

Now you get what you want.
