Same problem on all browser (IE,Chrome,Firefox) ?

Try restarting IIS after work hour and test of issue is still there.

Messages that are missing reply button,did they by any chance got replied from an Iphone or other mobile devices?

In your another thread, you mentioned that reply icon is not showing for the shared mailboxes.

Based on my knowledge, replied icon should be visible to the user who replied originally. And if you reply message in shared mailbox, replied icon will not be visible from your mailbox. Because the message was sent from shared mailbox not from your mailbox, in this situation, replied icon will not show up.

Its for only one user in OWA, checked in IE & Chrome as well.
