Hi there, For a business case I would like to know how many big company's use MS Exchange as their email platform. It would be (even more) excellent to also know what the top 5 big transport company's use also, like UPS, FedEx, TNT, DPD etc. I would prefer a source which can be "hecked/verified" or is official and "non MS". You might consider getting a subscription to The Gartner Group. You might also consider contacting the e-mail administrators of those organizations to see what they use. Many of the places I have seen other message platforms took over was Client experience not so good after they start using other platforms. I am not sure what is driving force in your case, but trust me Microsoft Exchange experience is far advance then other solutions out there.
