I would like to be able to perform KPI reporting in Outlook from a central mailbox. Seems there's a process where arep takes an email out of a central, shared inbound mailbox, moves it to theirs, and then moves to a central closed, shared mailbox when the item is complete. I'd like to be able to report on time in, who plucked it from the queue, and who and when it was moved to the completed folder.
