I am having issues with my mobile clients syncing calendar appointments via mobil devices. Sometimes they do not sync and other times appointment updates to not show up. But their Outlook client is always correct. Refering to error ID 3005 this is usually indicates an issue on the Exchange server ActiveSync process, resolved with a reset of the default virtual directories.Reynol N Gongora Network Administrator Episcopal High School Houston, TX, 77401

I assume you are following: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/883380 How to reset the default virtual directories that are required to provide Outlook Web Access, Exchange ActiveSync, and Outlook Mobile Access services in Exchange Server 2003 If all goes well, it shouldnt cause any issues. But of course there is no guarantee.

Yes that is the article in hand. My only concern is duplicate appointments or messages with my mobile devices that may exacerbate the issue further.Reynol N Gongora Network Administrator Episcopal High School Houston, TX, 77401

You may want to call Microsoft support, though I believe mainstream support for Exchange 2003 has expired.
